What are your wristbands made of?

Our wristbands are made of 100% silicone. Our products do not contain latex. Please email us if you require a test report and we will be more than glad to send it to you.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Silicone wristbands: 10 pieces minimum. Tyvek wristbands: 100 pieces. Lanyards: 50 pieces.

What's the turnaround time?

Regular production time is 5 to 6 days, plus 4 to 5 days shipping.

Rush production time is 1 to 3 days, plus 1 to 2 days rush shipping.

I need to make a change to the order that I placed.

A regular order can be changed within 24 hours after placing the order.

Rush orders cannot be changed or refunded.

What should I do if I made a payment twice by mistake?

Please call our sales team and they will assist you with this matter.

What happens if there is a mistake with my order?

If there is a production error we will redo the band without any questions asked — or we will give you a full refund if you no longer need the products.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You may also pay with PayPal. Payment by check is available for customers who wish to mail one. Purchase orders are accepted from schools and government organisations.

What is the 80% off sale?

The prices have already been discounted on our order page. Plus, if you order 100 or more you will get 100 free added to your order.

How do I know that this website is secure?

The website uses 256-bit encryption, so any data transferring to and from the website is fully secured.
